Abstract: CCTV cameras/Audio system placed everywhere is required in our Justice system (SAVING JUSTICE) based on the HOLY BIBLE including protecting us from the Wicked, who are the paedophiles who are also attracted to adults, who are committing hidden crimes against us and PLANNING A MILITARY COUP. I am a PhD Scientist, 51 years old, based in Ireland, Europe.
I have attached in this e-mail, a combined thesis on the Bible (New & Old Testaments), The Gnostic Gospels and The Apocryphal Gospels, The Qur'an and The Messages from the latest Seers(visionaries)(Prophets).
Please read and forward on to your colleagues. It is of paramount importance. Religion is about Justice and Science rather than just about good morals and the 10 commandments as taught by priests. There are many religious books outside the Bible which must be read to fully understand the full picture of religion. I read them all and discovered alot using my scientific background. I appreciate that these documents are a long read but please be patient with them!
The bible and Qur'an requires that we have CCTV cameras and audio systems covering all areas in all our dwellings (houses/offices etc). Furthermore CCTV/Audio systems should be used in our travelling vehicles and on our city streets. We are also required to have on us a portable sound recorder. In isolated areas where placing CCTV/audio systems are not feasible we are required to carry this portable sound recorder. This is the basis for the Justice system based on the Holy Bible. The proof of this is below:
The Book of Proverbs Chapter 6 versus 23 (Holy Bible; New Jerusalem version) states:
Pro 6:23 For the precept is a lamp, the teaching is a light; correction and discipline are the way to life
The lamp is the CCTV camera. The light is Infrared and visible light. Thus CCTV cameras that work in both day and night. It is required for discipline. This is justice. The light is described as a teaching because it is man made and not natural light. Furthermore it arose from research in 3rd level education.
In the Qur'an the lamp is referred to as a 'lantern' in the below parable:
The Qur'an 24:34 His light is like a niche in which is a lantern, The lantern in a glass, The glass like a shimmering star.... Light upon light!
In the Qur'an 33:44 the term 'lamp' is used as an alternative to the term lantern "O Prophet, We have sent you as a witness.....and a luminous lamp".
The parable of the lamp is also found in the New Testament, Luke 8:16 and Matthew 6:22.
The fact that CCTV is required in our dwellings is seen in The Book of Proverbs Chapter 6 versus 22 which states:
Pro 6:22 While you are active, they will guide you, when you fall asleep, they will watch over you, when you wake up, they will converse with you.
While we are asleep the CCTV cameras are recording us and also when we are wake (while we are active) and we can check the recordings (they will converse with you) which have an audio aspect as well.
The Book of Proverbs Chapter 2 versus 8 and 9 states:
Pro 2:8 he stands guard over the paths of equity, he keeps watch over the way of those faithful to him
Pro 2:9 Then you will understand uprightness, equity and fair dealing, the paths that lead to happiness.
This again highlights that we have CCTV cameras watching over us and guarding us in terms of providing fairness, justice and honesty.
This is reinforced by The Book of Proverbs Chapter 2 versus 20 which states:
Pro 2:20 Thus you will tread the way of good people, persisting in the paths of the upright.
Where the cameras are, this is regarded as the path of the upright.
Psalms 119:105 Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.
The Qur'an 39:20..whose breast God spreads open to Islam. He is surely walking in the light of his Lord.
The Qur'an 41:9 "And we adorned the lowest heaven with lanterns, and for protection". This tells us that CCTV is used in heaven for justice and protection. This is reinforced by Book of Revelation 4:5 "..and in front of the throne there were seven flaming lamps burning,...".
The Qur'an 42:50 "Time was when you knew not what the Book was, nor faith,.....but We brought it forth as a light by which We guide..."
The Qur'an 57:27 ".....and shine His light upon the path you tread..."
The Qur'an 64:6 "..believe in God, His Messenger and in the Light We sent down;"

The audio and visual aspect is clearly seen in The Book of Proverbs Chapter 2 versus 2 and 3 which highlights sound (tuning your ear) and visual (clear perception):
Pro 2:2 tuning your ear to wisdom, tuning your heart to understanding,
Pro 2:3 yes, if your plea is for clear perception, if you cry out for understanding,
In fact the Book of Proverbs begins with stating that the purpose of the book is to teach us how to obtain justice and fair dealings. This is seen in Chapter 1 verse 3 and 4:
Pro 1:3 for acquiring a disciplined insight, uprightness, justice and fair dealing;
Pro 1:4 for teaching sound judgement to the simple, and knowledge and reflection to the young;
Note the use of the word "sound" and "judgement" together which means an audio system and the word "reflection" which means a visual system in determining the truth.
The exact words are important as we all know the concept of "The Word of God". In Chapter 1 verse 2 it states that the words have deep meaning:
Pro 1:2 for learning what wisdom and discipline are, for understanding words of deep meaning,
The audio and visual is also seen in The Book of Proverbs Chapter 3 versus 21 with the words "sound" used and "sight":
Pro 3:21 My child, hold to sound advice and prudence, never let them out of sight;
Pro 3:22 they will give life to your soul and beauty to your neck.
The audio is also seen in The Book of Proverbs Chapter 4 versus 2 where the term "sound doctrine" is used:
Pro 4:2 What I am offering you is sound doctrine: do not forsake my teaching.
Recording the data is seen in The Book of Proverbs Chapter 3 versus 3 where it states "write them on the tablet of your heart".
Pro 3:3 Let faithful love and constancy never leave you: tie them round your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart.
Also in The Book of Proverbs Chapter 4 versus 21:
Pro 4:21 do not let them out of your sight, keep them deep in your heart
And again The Book of Proverbs Chapter 7 versus 3:
Pro 7:3 Bind these to your fingers, write them on the tablet of your heart.
Note the play on words in The Book of Proverbs Chapter 3 versus 17 where the use of light provides contentment (delight) and "paths all lead" which refers to electrical cables(leads):
Pro 3:17 Her ways are filled with delight, her paths all lead to contentment
The word "conduct" is used alot in the Book of Proverbs which highlights electricity. The word ''sense'' is also used alot again highlighting CCTV.
It is described as the path of justice, the saving justice of God. This is seen in The Book of Proverbs Chapter 8 versus 20:
Pro 8:20 I walk in the way of uprightness in the path of justice
and in verse 15 "princes decree what is right" with this form of justice.
It is also described as the "light of knowledge" in Chapter 13 verse 16.
The importance of this form of justice is seen in The Book of Proverbs Chapter 8 versus 34. This section has the title "The supreme invitation" in the New Jerusalem version of the Bible.
Pro 8:34 Blessed, whoever listens to me, who day after day keeps watch at my gates to guard my portals.
Note the word "listen" to highlight audio and the word " watch" to highlight visual and the word "guard" and "gate" to highlight the justice of a CCTV/audio system and the emphasis again on having them in your dwellings (gates=doors).
Note in the Gospel of John again the importance of this justice:
John 1:4 What has come into being in him was life, life that was the light of men;
John 1:5 and light shines in darkness, and darkness could not overpower it.
The "light of men" is light produced by man (man made)(CCTV) and it saves us (it is life). The CCTV system works at night (''light shines in darkness").
Again this is seen in the following verse:
John 1:9 The Word was the real light that gives light to everyone; he was coming into the world
This form of justice is described as eloquent and indisputable in the Gospel of Luke, Chapter 21. We certainly can claim that about modern CCTV/audio systems.
Luke 21:14 Make up your minds not to prepare your defence,
Luke 21:15 because I myself shall give you an eloquence and a wisdom that none of your opponents will be able to resist or contradict.
This also states that CCTV is a better defence than the court method in place before CCTV was developed.
It is also described as the way of peace in the Gospel of Luke:
Luke 1:79 to give light to those who live in darkness and the shadow dark as death, and to guide our feet into the way of peace.
The Gospel of Matthew states that the introduction of this modern form of justice is to be added to the 10 commandments of God:
Mat 5:14 'You are light for the world. A city built on a hill-top cannot be hidden.
Mat 5:15 No one lights a lamp to put it under a tub; they put it on the lamp-stand where it shines for everyone in the house.
Mat 5:16 In the same way your light must shine in people's sight, so that, seeing your good works, they may give praise to your Father in heaven.
Mat 5:17 'Do not imagine that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets. I have come not to abolish but to complete them.
The 10 commandments are a discipline system and can be enforced accurately when a CCTV/audio system is placed everywhere.
This is reinforced by subsequent verse:
Ecclesiasticus 32:23 Watch yourself in everything you do; this is also the way to keep the commandments
and in:
Isa 42:21 Yahweh wished, because of his saving justice, to make the Law great and glorious.
The lamp and lamp-stand is a very important theme and symbol going through the bible. In the tent of meeting where God met the Jews, described in the Old Testament, there was a lamp and lamp-stand. So also in the temple of Yahweh God built by King Solomon.
It is also mentioned in the book of Revelations, Chapter 11, verse 4:
Rev 11:4 These are the two olive trees and the two lamps in attendance on the Lord of the world
In the Book of Zechariah Chapter 4:
Zec 4:2 And he asked me, 'What do you see?' I replied, 'As I look, there is a lamp-stand entirely of gold with a bowl at the top of it; it holds seven lamps, with seven openings for the lamps on it.
Zec 4:3 By it are two olive trees, one to the right and the other to the left.'
Zec 4:4 I then said to the angel who was talking to me, 'What are those things, my lord?'
Zec 4:5 The angel who was talking to me replied, 'Do you not know what they are?' I said, 'No, my lord.'
Zec 4:6 He then gave me this answer,'These seven are the eyes of Yahweh, which range over the whole world.'
Note how the 7 lamps are described as eyes (CCTV cameras are like eyes in that they see what is going on around it) and they range over the whole world implying that are to be used worldwide.
Again in the Book of Revelations:
Rev 1:12 I turned round to see who was speaking to me, and when I turned I saw seven golden lamp-stands
The Book of Proverbs also uses the term "set store" which in this modern CCTV/audio context can be interpreted in terms of saving (store) television (set) images as is done in the CCTV system:
Pro 2:1 My child, if you take my words to heart, if you set store by my commandments,
Note how the word commandment is associated with the term ''set store'' reinforcing the idea that the CCTV/audio form of justice is to be added to the 10 commandments.
The portable sound recording system mentioned above can also be inferred from the Book of Isaiah Chapter 11, verse 5 and is to be worn around our waist:
Isa 11:5 Uprightness will be the belt around his waist, and constancy the belt about his hips
Luke 12:35 'See that you have your belts done up and your lamps lit.'
This portable sound recording will protect against lies and false allegations.
