I had asked Athena to please get Ashtar's opinion before I post the following article. The following two messages are Ashtar's response:

Athena: I have asked Ashtar if this is true? And his answer is:

Your bodies have been changing a while back from Carbon to Crystalline when you and your new four or five chakra's were starting to develop - activated. What is happening now is the process that will be completed in the next three days ... with your help, of course!

Remember, you have agreed for your bodies to change to go through your Ascension! We all agreed to the "Divine PLAN" with Prime Creator. Nothing is happening without our free will choice! Your bodies will then be complete LIGHT BODIES to go through the frequency vibration to withstand the pure Light that the full Ascension requires!!!

This has already happened to some Lightworkers!!

Nada, my dear sister,

You can call unto the Violet Flame. A ray may come from the hands, heart, or your I AM Presence or the Christ Self (Higher Mental Body) and as it touches the surface beneath your feet, it bursts into a flame.

Also there is the potential Violet Flame in the Flame of the Heart and in the points of Light in every cell. But it is latent. It can, however, be activated at any time by calling the I AM Presence into action. There are three actions of the Violet Flame:

1. It blazes up and around us;

2. It is in the point of Light in every cell;

3. And there is the action of the Cosmic Light.

Remember, Dear Ones, to draw attention to your I AM Presence daily.

The knowledge of this phase of the law regarding the use of the Transmuting Flame was not permitted to be made public until recently. Jesus referred to it as "Grace." Violet Flame IS a grace from God.

Now, let me say this, Dear Ones, "You all are Gods and Goddesses (you didn't know before the last decade). Remember, you are the Creators and you are in a position (by watching what you are feeling and thinking) ... that you may even manifest something of no good for your world.

Now, "FEELING" IS THE CREATING FORCE TO MANIFEST INTO BEING!

All manifestation comes from the unseen ... from the inner into the outer (that which is perceived by the senses).

Dear Hearts, beginning now, it can all happen immediately!!
