If Mueller’s intention was to hand the Dems a blind hope impeachment card, and to redeem himself in their eyes, he may have done just that.
Yes, he absolved Trump of collusion with the Russians, but left the obstruction of justice door wide open by implying that Trump must prove his innocence because the Mueller team could not state unequivocally that there was no obstruction.
He also seemed to imply that although Trump may have committed a crime, he as a sitting president, could not be charged. Thus it would be up to Congress to decide what to do. Here comes the impeachment train…
Mueller’s performance was not a profile in courage but a complete disgrace.

I think Mueller is an SES senior executive service like Comey, Rosenstein, Lynch, Holder, Cummings, Shift and anyone else who stops prosecutions of the bad guys and yells death to the good ones. Muellers history with saving Whitty, Bolger Mafia boss and putting Enron executives in federal prison that were not guilty of anything shows his colors. He also carries Andrew Weissmann with him when he wants to prosecute someone. Mueller probably Knows that Q says there are NO Deals and he thinks the Democrats in congress will save him.
Although I don't believe this, I will keep it in mind. These days, anything seems to be possible. Disinformation and misinformation is the rule. We cannot afford to summarily dismiss anything.
