Send this interview to people who want to lose weight via shortcut.
There are no shortcuts.
You just need to eat less than your body needs (basal metabolism + activity)
And since most people are too sedentary anyway, they don't need much.
When you feel hungry ("pain" in the stomach), don't eat, that's when you actually burn fat.
It's easier to gain than to lose, but you will be more careful how much (and what) you eat next time.
If you eat too much oils, you will gain a lot of weight.
If you eat too much protein, you will "kill" your kidneys.
If you eat too much starch, you will grow too much fungus (candida).


Easy way to lose weight is:
2 meals of fruit and 1 meal of rice with vegetables (don't cook with oils, but you can add curry or something else if you want)

  • Thanks for the break down.  I do know that weight loss is an individual basis, meaning that one's weight loss protocol might not work for another depending on many factors.
