I agree with all that you say here, Dave. As for the question of greatest concern:
Will Earth be in that season of the year which would bring it closest to Planet X as X loops over our orbital path, or will we get lucky and be in the seasonal point in our revolution farther from that overlooping brown dwarf star? Jesus, God the Son, says (in three of the four Gospels, Matthew, Mark, and Luke) that Earth will receive the worst devastation of all previous periodic (every 36 1/2 centuries) passages of this deep-space, cometary journeying, intruding brown dwarf star (conservatively estimated to be over one thousand Earth masses), and Jesus says that there will never again be a worse devastation of Earth than this upcoming devastation.
The rapidly magnifying "W" pattern of the jetstream (which used to cover half of the United States) is now so large in width and height that the W is about two-thirds of the entire Northern Hemisphere in width, and almost the entire latitudinal height of the Northern Hemisphere, from near the Equator to near the North Pole. So, this tells me that Earth's mostly molten iron magnetic core is swirling drastically less smoothly, and is undulating or sloshing in a tide-like rising and falling motion as it swirls during planetary rotation. The swirling polarized electrons within the magnetic molten iron normally generate an electromagnetic field whose lines of flux run perpendicular to the horizontal flow of the molten iron, but this increasingly chaotic molten magnetic core flow is what I believe is causing the jetstream to go from what used to be a rather smooth horizontal line, decades ago, to what is now a W stretching from Alaska to the the South Atlantic, up into Scandinavia, and down through Eastern Europe.
