If the test is delayed, they will do it on October 11th. The EBS is scheduled to start at 2:20 pm. Please watch very short video down below in link. You will have to scroll down in that page to find the video. There will be a frequency sent with the EBS that is supposed to activate the graphine that was injected into the body along with the cv shots. And I hear also, that this frequency could also activate a dormant virus that was contains in vaccines (including the flu vaxx). I did not take any "sticks" but I am still taking precautions and turning off all devices including my wifi for a brief period of time.

This is a test. This is only a test. But it's going to be one very big test.
On Wednesday, October 4 at 2:20 p.m. ET, every TV, radio and cellphone in the United States should blare out the distinctive, jarring electronic warning tone of an emergency alert, accompanied by a notice along these lines:
“This is a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System, issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, covering the United States from 14:20 to 14:50 hours ET. This is only a test. No action is required by the public."

I will be at pickle ball practice at this time. I will make sure my phone is off as it will be the only device I will have (it will stay in the car lol).
None of this is proven however if one has taken the flu vaxx last year, and or this year, I would rather be safe than sorry.
