Russian troops 'poised to strike' Ukraine, US warns

Russian troops on Ukraine's border are "uncoiling" and "poised to strike", US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin has said during a visit to Lithuania.

"They are uncoiling and are now poised to strike," he said, adding that troops were "moving into the right kinds of positions to be able to conduct an attack".

    I think Putin is yanking Biden’s chain.  It is obvious Putin does not like Biden period.  Not sure what Putin is going to do in the near future.  I just don't like these war games.
