Good article.  I will keep this book marked.  One of the biggest challenges is not allowing someone else's bs to disturb one's peace.

I had a "bomb" dropped on me before xmas.  I was down and out for over two days seriously stressed not being able to eat or hardly sleep.  I had contacted the parish during that time and on the second night, I received a phone call from the priest who normally speaks and counsels those who are in dire straights (for whatever reason).  Any how, right towards the end of the phone call, I felt an energy lift out of my being.  I began to feel much calmer.  And that night, I was able to sleep, and the next day I was able to eat something.  I don't know what the priest did, or how the Holy Spirit worked through him but some how he helped to heal much of my stress and suffering.  Eternally grateful.
