Typhoon Goni has caused destruction and flooding in the north-east of the Philippines, killing at least 16 people.
There are fears that in some areas as many as 90% of homes may have been damaged.
Goni has since slowed down to a tropical storm.

A typhoon which slammed into the Philippines on Sunday may have damaged 90% of the buildings in the first town it struck, according to the Red Cross.
