  If she pleads no memory, then she's non compos mentis and not qualified to run for office in 2020.

  What proof she's panicking?  It's a common allegation.  She may be planning to blow up the court, who knows?

  Let's see how many witnesses die before she testifies.  Oh, wait, she's the witness.  :-)
