  If he has passed over, and if his life was filled with evil deeds as it seems, these types are usually put in seclusion for a season.  His life will be reviewed.  Hopefully, he will learn from his mistakes well enough to resist temptation or the urge to do evil in his subsequent lives.  His karmic debt will be heavy and he will be having to deal with that, as well.  It is not punishment, it is just a balancing of the energetic books, and lessons to further soul evolvement. 

  This is not a correction of what Dee said (facing his maker).  It is just my viewpoint based on my research.  It is my truth.  Her truth is her truth.  In either event, he is being held responsible for his actions and inactions, and needs to be held accountable.

  As a human being, my condolences for the family. As for the deceased, he is now facing his maker.
