    What is written on their blue T-shirt is "Observatoire Citoyen la Radioactivite et l' Environement" which translate into "Citizens Observing Radioactivity and the Environment."  They were taking samples to detect the level of radiation in the English Channel.  The small print mentiones ....plutonum around the site...
