Energies: Kundalini

This is the discussion forum (classroom) for the Energies: Kundalini module

in the Little Red Schoolhouse of Metaphysics program.

From the Glossary of The Second Coming of Christ:

"Kundalini is "The powerful current of creative life energy residing in a subtle coiled passageway at the base of the spine.  In ordinary waking consciousness, the body's life force flows from the brain down the spine and out through this coiled kundalini passage, enlivening the physical body and tying the astral and causal bodies and the indwelling soul to the mortal form.  In the higher states of consciousness that are the goal of meditation, the kundalini energy is reversed to flow back up the spine to awaken the dormant spiritual faculties in the cerebrospinal centers (chakras).  Also called the "serpent force," because of its coiled configuration."

Excerpt from The Yoga of Jesus.  First, John 3:13-14 is quoted, "And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up."  Then, the explanation:

"The word "serpent" here refers metaphorically to man's consciousness and life force in the subtle coiled passageway at the base of the spine, the matterward flow of which is to be reversed for man to re-ascend from body attachment to superconscious freedom.

...

"... Man's physical, astral, and causal bodies are tied together and work as one by a knotting of life force and consciousness in the seven cerebrospinal centers (chakras).  In descending order, the final tie is a coiled knot at the base of the spine, preventing the ascension of consciousness into the heavenly astral kingdom.  Unless one knows how to open this knot of astral and physical power, the life and consciousness remain attracted to the mortal realm, emanating outward into the body and sensory consciousness.

...

"When the work of the primal life force in creating the body is complete, it comes to rest in a coiled passage in the lowest, or coccygeal, center (chakra)."

Further information from The Second Coming of Christ:

"Jesus said that each son of man, each bodily consciousness, must be lifted from the plane of the senses to the astral kingdom by reversing the matter-bent outflowing of the life force to ascension through the serpent-like coiled passage at the base of the spine--the son of man is lifted up when this serpentine force is uplifted, "as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness." (reference Exodus 4:2-4)  We must reascend, just as Moses, in the spiritual wilderness of silence in which all his desires were no more, lifted his soul from body consciousness into God-consciousness through the same path by which it had descended."

The esoteric interpretation of this passage has been thought to mean that Jesus had to die on the cross.  But, the true meaning is spiritual, not physical.

How a soul attaches to a physical body is that, "the soul, in its subtle sheaths of causal and astral bodies, enters physical incarnation at the time of conception, the entire body grows from the seed cell formed from the united sperm and ovum, beginning with the first vestiges of the medulla oblongata, brain, and spinal cord," coming to rest in the lowest part of the spine.  For ascension, the kundalini energy must rise back up.

"Any saint of any religion who has attained God-consciousness has, in effect, withdrawn his consciousness and life force from the sense regions up through the spinal passage and plexuses to the center of God-consciousness in the brain, and thence into omnipresent Spirit."

...

"Ascension in Spirit is not easy, because when one is conscious of the body he is in the grip of his second nature of insistent moods and habits.  Without timidity, one must vanquish the desires of the body.  A body-bound "son of man" cannot ascend to heavenly freedom just by talking about it; he has to know how to open the coiled knot of kundalini force at the base of the spine in order to transcend the confinement of the fleshly prison."

...

"The true meaning of kundalini awakening is little understood.  Ignorant teachers often associate kundalini with sex force and enshroud it in mystery to frighten neophytes about the danger of awakening this sacred serpentine power.  To confuse the awakening of kundalini with the arousal of sex consciousness is an extremely ridiculous and wholly corrupt conception.  On the contrary, in kundalini awakening the [practitioner's] life force is withdrawn from the sensory nerves, particularly those associated with sex, giving him absolute mastery over sensory and sexual temptations.

"To think that this kundalini force can be easily awakened or roused by accident is another fallacy.  Awakening the kundalini force is exceedingly difficult and cannot be done accidentally.  It takes years of concerted meditation under the guidance of a competent guru before one can dream of releasing the heavenly astral body from its bondage to physical confinement by awakening the kundalini.  One who is able to awaken the kundalini fast approaches the state of Christhood."

  • Yes the Second coming of Christ is the key.  Some believe the second coming of Christ is Jesus coming again in 3d human form.  He cannot, he has  ascended body and soul (merged/transformed - an upgraded higher dimensional body).    It is said in prophecy He will come more than once and this is to prepare humanity for ascension.  It will be in forms of physical apparitions (hard to explain) as what I have pieced together reading about the Illumination of souls (aka the warning, the judgment, the Illumination of conscience).

There is no competition of belief systems. No one belief system is more "right" or "correct" than any other. Each belief system is beautiful and unique in and of its own expression of principle and understanding.

I believe this to be true.  God has established many paths that will eventually lead a soul back to himself, through the schoolhouse lessons learned along the way.  I have found my path.  But it isn't for everyone.  We learn what there is to learn and move on, seeking the next thing, until one day (or one lifetime) it will click.

I have no problem with other philosophies.  When it's divinely inspired, you know it.  Your soul resonates with it.  Part of my problem with reading the Bible is that so much didn't resonate, especially outside of the Gospels.  And Revelation was so "encoded" as to be impenetrable.  But finding the key opens the door.  And The Second Coming of Christ is that key.

  • I finally read this book.  It was EXCELLENT.

In Dolores Cannon's book, They Walked with Jesus, two person's past-life recalls both mention being able to see the golden halo around Jesus' head, his heart center, and his hands.

  • Agree !!  Yeah I stay away from antibiotics like the plague :).  One time in fall of 2013 I had a really nasty throat infection and ran a low grade fever.  I was using colloidal silver to gargle with.  It was slowly eliminating the infection!  However after a few days, I ran out, and there was only just a tiny bit of the infection left.  I had no money either.  The infection began growing back.  Luckily a friend of mine had just been to the Mission of Mercy and had an extra three pack of antibiotics left so she gave them to me, I took them and it wiped out the rest of that infection.  Something I did not want to do (take antibiotics) but I had no choice as I was getting sick again!!  Luckily I did have kombucha on me which I drank some every day and then weeks later made sure when the check came in to get myself some probiotics...

From what I've read, stopping all unnecessary substances is important.  Clean up the diet, don't take prescriptions (tho I say if they are medically necessary, you should take them, but use your judgment--if I had a major infection not responding to my oils and home remedies, I'd get antibiotics, though I avoid them when possible).

  • Just a word about Chrism.  He may be a "hypocrite".  He may be knowledgeable about Kundalini, however this man seems to have a dark side.  This is especially a warning for the ladies.  http://forum.culteducation.com/read.php?12,109841,page=2

I would not recommend contacting this person for any type of "work".  I'd stay away.  I do read some of his information on K with discernment of course.

  • The article says to allow kundalini to dictate what one puts in their body.

As to my kundalini awakening, I never had any intentions of awakening it as it never occurred to me that something like this would happen to anybody. I never meditated nor did any special practices to awaken it. Sometimes it takes a catalyst (or a twin soul) or even God Himself to awaken the energies.
  • Thank you, I didnt understand the stop all energetic generative practices. I should stop meditating if I begin to feel the stronger effects of kundulini? I use some chemicals or alkaloids for their health benefits, although I am known to abuse, I should stop this as well do you think? When I'm not intentionally altering consciousness I feel its no different from eating healthy looking for proper molecules for the body. ...I don't know what I'm saying anymore. I feel I'm best at just observing, and shouldn't comment at most times.

  • Emergency protocols for Kundalini awakening by Chrism:

    http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com/emergency-protocols.html#...

    1) If you know it is Kundalini do not see a medical doctor or psychiatrist unless you know that they understand. Risk of involuntary incarceration in a psychiatric facility can be the result if trust is given to a physician or health care practitioner ignorant of Kundalini. Adopt the following physical body placements: tongue tip behind the upper front teeth as much as possible, fore finger tip and thumb tip joined as much as possible on both hands.

    2) Stop all energetic generative practices. IE. Meditation, prayer, yoga, tai chi, chi gung, reiki, energetic healing, mediumship practices, 5 Tibetans, martial arts, sacred dance, chanting, ritual drumming, religious devotion, ingestion of entheogenic plants (light bearing), recreational drugs and alcohol and other generative practices not listed unless the non-chemical practice is being suggested or compelled by the Kundalini. Sexual excitation may become extreme. Understand this is all part of Kundalini transformation and the hyper expression and hypo expression of the libido can occur- nothing is wrong.

    3) Believe or help another person believe that what they are experiencing is real, because it is. Enlargement of certain major organs may occur. Kidneys may increase in size by one third and temporarily extend beyond the belt line. Adrenal glands situated on top of the kidneys may also hyper and hypo express adrenaline (fight or flee hormone) in to the blood stream causing artificial Kundalini induced anxiety, paranoia, fear, and physical tension. Cardiac hyper and hypo fibrillation or increased and decreased heart rhythms are also normal and not to be confused with cardiac emergency. Body temperatures may rise to extremes with and without mechanical temperature mechanisms able to record and substantiate these temperature fluctuations. These are to be understood as part of the transformation being given for the many individual bodies that make up the physical body from the Kundalini. These changes are not permanent merely temporary and they are not to be resisted through fear or allopathic chemical intervention (pharmaceutical drugs). These phenomena will subside as resistance is eliminated and acceptance of the Kundalini is consciously expressed. All systems of the physical body will undergo specific modulations and permutations of transformation. Nothing is left out. Emotional mood swings are normal. Mental acuity and mental dullness are normal. Psychological resistance and fear is normal yet needs to be controlled as much as possible. Spiritual visitation and communication (visions, voices, lights) are normal and not to be relegated to the imagination.

    4) Refer the individual or self to The Safeties protocols. There are versions available in Microsoft Word formator in Adobe PDF format. In addition to these there are also other language versions available for download.

    5) Discontinue any ingestion of any caffeine containing products in any amount. IE. Coffee, tea (black tea), cola, any caffeine containing sugar beverage, chocolate, yerba mate and medications that contain caffeine. In addition discontinue consuming artificial sweeteners or heavily processed sweeteners such as NutraSweet and high fructose corn syrup, processed white sugar, and processed white flour. Follow the dietary compulsion, no matter how strange or inappropriate to the ego, that is provided by the Kundalini consciousness within. For example if one is a vegetarian and they are compelled to eat meat, they need to eat meat. To do otherwise is as a resistance to the Kundalini and problems will ensue due to this resistance. If one is more carnivorous then vegetarian and one is compelled to only eat vegetables and fruits this must also be done for the same reasons.

    6) Eat watermelon. Stay hydrated with pure non-distilled spring or artesian water.

    7) Take the phenomena seriously and without fear. It is not the imagination of the individual. It is real regardless of validation by other people. It is a teaching of transformation that is being given. It is best not to try to educate one’s family members or loved ones who may witness the phenomena associated with Kundalini if it is determined they are not able to understand, comprehend, or in some way become at ease with the viability and existence of the Kundalini as it expresses in a person. For example involuntary movements of the body known in the Sanskrit language as a kriya is caused by a Kundalini expression upon the body. These phenomena will induce the physical body to torque and twist and hold various yoga positions without the control of the person experiencing them. The Kundalini will control this upon and within the person. The individual person has no choice in this part of the transformation. A family member or loved one may not be able to understand this so great care must be given to avoid having emergency personnel dispatched in response to Kundalini expressing as a kriya. Kriyas can resemble various seizures in various levels of amplitude. They are normal and healthy and not to be understood as an emergency. This is only one example of the many examples that can be experienced from a Kundalini awakening.

    8) Surrender completely to the force of the Kundalini. Do not resist in any way its interaction and transformation upon the body. (Physical body, psychological body, emotional body, mental body, spiritual body). Kundalini is a vertical experience. Many aspects of all five bodies will be expressed simultaneously. Do not fear this transformation. The human body is wired for Kundalini. It is a natural human expression and can be embraced with love and joy in its exaltation of the human condition.

    9) Follow the feelings and impulses and dream teachings of the Kundalini. These will often come to a person in symbols rather than phrases, but not excluding phrases. Even if one has not sought the Kundalini experience for whatever reason the experience has found them. These protocols are for them and for those who seek this experience. Spiritual visitation by divine personage may be experienced. Out of body or astral projection may be experienced. Waking visions may be experienced. These are all normal experiences attributed to the awakening Kundalini expression.

    10) Begin to initiate love based activities of consideration for self, others, society and environment in ways and actions that produce feelings of euphoria, bliss and love.

  • Today at the Basillica during mass the priest mentioned the serpent staff used for healing by Moses... :-)
