May I first thank msred for posting the excellent video, link or at least making this possible , of Richard hoagland. what a great interview, he was at his fiery best.

the thought struck me, and it  hurt a bit!!!  anyhow the thought struck me why don't we have our own color coded criticality list  subc as FEMA has. this is more a psychological mechanism for me it would be to have my supplies in groups based on how vital each group is. Items like personal hygiene always come top of this list. next  would be beans and pulses, and tinned stuff like beaked beans.

next might be flour and cooking oil and things like that.

next we may have a supply  heirloom seeds and garden stuff. then we may have a supply of clothes such as underwear, socks shoes towels, and stuff like that maybe a few spare duvets and ground sheets  for camping  out-

anyhow, I would also have series of alerts based upon the status of the armed/police  forces, such as more checkpoints, more stop and searches, and signs something js brewing in the heavens . then I would use this in concert with the first alert system so as more evidence comes thta things are hapening outisd so I would get my siupplies otgether. then  and only thne if we ahve some definite sign say planet X is real-I have no views on this ---then  would I go  to a state of red on all fronts. once the data is absolute .it is all psychological ultimately.

there are many in the US who have enough food stored to stock an army barracks, but do we have any firm idea what  kind of train is actually approaching us? this is why it may be good to have  a staged protocol of preparation. get all these supplies  in part, but if things start flying in earnest then is time to restock -- seriously.

  • I agree with you Nicholas. My stuff is rather all over the place. If an event strikes, I would sill be looking for all the essential. We have a tent, and sleeping bags, but we are missing the clothing. Nothing is packed.
