Looks like we will get some rain on Thursday/Friday, possible mixed with radiation.
I haven't had time to view this one, but a quick review looks like the target is St. Lucie's nuclear plant on the east coast. Shows dark filament crossing Florida (west to east) to connect with Dorian.
