Wow this has been driving me crazy and now we have to figure out who and where it is coming from, This is an important day for me thank you so much. Anyone who has seen a large electrical short will understand what happened to the houses in Santa Rosa. Normally you would hear a loud horrible sound but the plasma must be silent.
