As to what not to eat: Lectins are bad guys and are found in nightshades (tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, sweet peppers, hot peppers--except black pepper); cashews and peanuts (good nuts are walnuts, pistachios, macademia's; almonds are so-so; peanuts are a no-no, especially for males); beans (he says, surprisingly, cashews are considered a bean, not a nut); and grains.
Good foods include dark chocolate (at least 70% cacao), coffee, and red wine.
I just put up a viseo on distilled water and I think it is a real key to cleaning your body's junk out. For some reason rich people avoid heart attacks.

So, if these no-no items are in your food storage, don't despair:
Can’t you cook the lectins out of the foods? Cooking, sprouting or soaking your grains, legumes, nuts and seeds all helps to decrease the number of lectins they contain, but none of those processes completely eliminates the lectins, except for pressure cooking. Lectins are really heat stable. They’re also resistant to enzymatic activity, which is partly why they’re so difficult for us (and your dog, etc.) to digest.

I've done some more research into this prebiotics thing. PREbiotics are not bugs. They are things good bugs like to eat and is basically fiber. PRObiotics are bugs. I listened to the video again and Dr. Gundry states that the prebiotics is what helps the good bugs to thrive and by them thriving, they will dispose of the unnecessary bad bugs.
The ingredients in Dr. Gundry's Prebiothrive are the same as in NOW brand Fiber 3 plus Guar Gum, which cost under $20 at vitacost.com. The galacto-oligosaccharides is found in a product called Bimuno, available on Amazon.com for $18 for a month's supply. Tax and shipping is extra.
Byron, you really need to get on some EDTA to scrubb your arteries and all blood vessels CLEAN.....my girl friend had very plugged arteries in her legs, with one being much worse than the other. All the doctors wanted to do was to put her on anti inflammatory DRUGS. She judged her right leg a !0, and her left leg as an 8, as to pain, with 10 being severe and a zero as no pain at all. After being on the EDTA for about 2 months now, she says her right leg is a 3, and her left leg is a -0-.....the brand of EDTA I bought online for her is made by AZ, or Arizona Natural. They're 600 mg capsules, and she takes two in the morning BETWEEN MEALS, and TWO in the afternoon BETWEEN MEALS, on an empty stomach. She also drinks distilled water, only. I have her supplementing with minerals, as the distilled water is hungry for any minerals not locked up. She takes her D-3, K-2, and Magnesium, as well as Curcummin, which is an anti inflammatory in itself. You might want to give it a try. The doctors only want to treat the symptoms, not cure you. You have to cure yourself.... if you have any questions about the EDTA, call me or drop me an E. EDTA is an essential amino acid, and it's so safe it's been used in baby food. It definitely works. That's why the saw bones' won't prescribe it.....

Thanks Cheryl my heart doctor says he will probably not be able to get to my clogged artery because of where it is he can't see it. He fell down on concrete and shattered his right arm. That does not sound to healthy to me for a fifty year old. I am fed up with doctors unless they can think out of the box. The video shut off while I was watching I will try it again later.

Here's an impartial review: https://www.highya.com/gundry-md-prebiothrive-reviews
Dr. Gundry is charging a heck of a lot for fiber.
