This has been predicted since the early days that distractions would escalate as PX got closer. I agree this is the mother of all distractions, short of a senile old man winning in November and handed the nuclear codes. I have said many, many times all this is theater, of the 3D reality sort. It's the warm-up act to PX, getting things in shape, getting in place, preparing to hunker down. To survive. But for what reason?
