  • I am on SS Disability.  I assumed we wouldn't be part of the stimulus aid because we haven't lost our jobs.  But then in the beginning they were saying "every American, including children."  They are now saying "most Americans."  The details have not come out yet, but as the article said, SS recipients are going to get hit hard down the road, with up to a 23% loss in pay, because the loss of payroll taxes now.  So, do we get a bailout then?  Doubtful.  But yeah, the working class THAT HAS HAD HOURS CUT OR LOST THEIR JOBS should be the beneficiaries.  Not people that haven't lost their jobs or had their hours cut because of the Coronavirus.  They don't seem to distinguish that.  Maybe it's too difficult to distinguish.
