    Take note the ice outlasted the salt.  Virginia is legendary for pretreating the roads with salt and staying on top of it.

    Same thing is going on in Bend OR.

    When they started naming winter storms I knew we would see trouble ahead.

    Ice on roads hear, it started yesterday early morning 1am 42f climbing to 54f then about 3pm dropped to low 30's now this morning 6:15am is ice on everything and 16f !

    Winter storm Decima short for decimate. Lots of people are suffering from this storm.
