Dietrich Bonhoefer's famous quote is being misused here...
Bonhoefer was referring to the Nazis, who were engaged in genocide of innocent people. The aspect of Islam that Trump is at war with is nothing less than a hostile political ideology, with a vocalized and pledged intent to destroy America. The jihadis have engaged in multiple acts of war against America and if any other entity had done the same, that's exactly how it would be treated, as a declaration of war, and handled as such.
Religion has become the camouflage of hostile interests. They hide behind the facade and try to subvert societies, bending laws in ways not contemplated by legislative intent. $cientology is another one, not a religion but camouflaged as one to subvert society by the use of covert hostility instead of open warfare.
So, no, relying on Bonhoefer pushes no buttons with me. I can see the difference between what he was writing about and what the current situation is. Yes, those who would throw this country open to hostile invaders will continue to call Trump a Nazi, but he is acting as a responsible leader, not a Nazi. Could my opinion change? Sure, if the facts change. But at this time, I think he is doing what is required to protect this nation from turning into Europe. Anything less would be dereliction of duty.

I think Europe is stronger than the Catholics think.

When did God die and appointed the Pope as his successor. I bet most Europeans don't welcome it.

IMO they had better come for the Muslims first because there will be nothing left for any Christians. Just announced by the Catholic church in Rome was that Europe will now become a Muslim country and they welcome it. Media has done a bang up job of making sure that Americans have almost no idea what Europe is going through with George Soros's Muslim invasion.
