Does anyone know who the man pictured on the cover of the April 2011 issue of Intrepid magazine is?

That's Walter Cruttenden of the Binary Research Institute on the cover. He wrote a phenomenal article for me for the April issue, which was issue #1 of Intrepid Magazine.
