Yes, I'm hoping to graduate from 3D this lifetime.
I also agree that government needs to be local, for most things. This way, politicians/leaders are available to face their constituents at all times and can be held accountable. And, we need Andy of Mayberry (with a competent deputy) to keep the peace. We have a militarized police because of all the sophisticated armaments that Joe Public (legally or illegally) can get their hands on. Why is there need for anything stronger than a bear rifle? With peace and evolvement of the human consciousness, there is no need. One day, even a bear rifle wouldn't be needed.

I agree in principle, but one thing is problematic. Until we, as humans, have evolved into 4D/5D, there is a need for police of some sort, but working within the confines of the constitution and not manipulated by the wealthy or politicians. Un-evolved people, especially those of lower consciousnesses, will always be a problem on the 3D plane.
