    Whatever the cause, both Kenner and NYC were planned events.  What would it take for the gov't to shut down the electricity and blame it on other causes?  Not much, I think.  Blame a fake alien invasion.  Blame a virus.  Blame the next solar EMP.  It doesn't matter what is used or what gets blamed.  What matter is the end result... lights out in America.  Crime goes rampant.  People die.

    The length of time the transformers went off was also very strange because each transformer has a breaker switch built in and they also seemed to fail for a long time. I have seen transformers get shorted out and blow twice although I did not time it, It was not as long as we saw in NY or Kenner. In the substation is another breaker that could be set to keep sending electricity for a longer period of time, so maybe a virus could control that breaker. When your lights in your house flicker it is because the breaker in the substation shut off and then resent the electricity if it shuts off there is a short somewhere and a crew is sent to inspect it. A virus seems very possible to me.

    That's what I was thinking, that there are safety features that prevent a surge from one transformer  traveling to the next (and then to the next). But the beams are the give-away.

    Can't find any info about serial explosions, only individual transformers blowing.  Already, a piece is on the internet about how the NYC explosions occurred.  Nothing to see here, move along.  Except it happened in Kenner, LA around the same time.  Tipped the old hand, they did.

    Being an electrical lineman, only a thousand lightening strikes could blow up that amount of transformers.
