NORAD and USNORTHCOM are currently carrying out their annual Homeland Defense Exercise which is scheduled through the 10th of November.
This exercise will be happening tomorrow, the same day as the FEMA/FCC takeover test as well as the massive tsunami drill.
PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. – The North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command annual Homeland Defense exercise is scheduled for Nov. 1-10.
VIGILANT SHIELD 12 is a joint exercise supported by the Joint Coalition Warfare Center and conducted as a command post exercise with a supporting field training exercise in Key West. It’s linked to the Canada Command exercise DETERMINED DRAGON, and runs concurrently with exercise VIGILANT GUARD Arizona.
The overall exercise scenario for VS 12 is based on potential threats to the U.S. and Canada that require extensive military planning to support national objectives and provide multiple military options to the national leadership.

Alex it is a good one. Sometimes I wonder if it is not the case. There is a document dated 1935 that described a US plan to invade Canada. I have read part of it because it is quite lengthy. Who ever wrote this knew more about us then we did. This document is on the web by the way. We have a quite a few mutual exercise in the past especially during the cold war. I am not really surprised that massive exercises are underway with Canadian-Us cooperation.
You mean to tell me that Canada isn't a state..... lol
Why is Canada threaten? I know that we are part of NORAD, but it is interesting to see that the UIS government is looking at declaring that the water in the north of Canada as international water. For our sovereignty, the treat comes from the US.
