stored chemicals would explode in a congruently sprawling outward

Yes, it could be a new weapon. No reports of radiation, though jimstone mentions EMP, but wouldn't that have taken out the electricity beyond the actual blast site?
I agree that it was not a chemical explosion. But maybe something we have never seen before.

He does agree with John DiNardo that it definitely was not a chemical blast.
His comment about concrete buildings do not get level but do get gutted corresponds to the damage after the Nagasaki bombing, that large building (looked like a church) was still standing but all the windows were blown out.
Stone doesn't think it's about the devaluing of the Yen. He thinks it's about Hillary feeding data to the enemy and they were after the supercomputer in Tianjin.
