Ning Apps

Ning has some really cool apps you can add. HOWEVER, read the Terms & Conditions. It is a legally binding contract with a third-party provider (someone outside of the ning sphere).

They will not get your email address or your age, but they will get your screen name, your picture (if you use one), and your latest feed. My question is, why do third-party providers need this? (Okay, yes, I know, it will all go into government databases for dark, ulterior purposes.)

So, though I'd like to use them, I won't. (See? Nothing is really free.)
