Part of the problem is just wishful thinking, part to gain a following and keeping them hanging on (a lot of people were calling in to pay-per-minute phone calls, where the talkers engaged in elongated small talk to run up the bills, so it turned into a money-making racket and the dates were stringing the people along), another was gov't-infiltrated disinformation being used to distract and immobilize people. PX could be one reason people were being distracted. Another was to keep focus off what our criminal government was doing.
The India problem I think may be tied to them going cashless.

It's been a trip watching "first funds" always about to arrive and never do. And guys working on megabux transfers having to beg money. If what they are doing is so darn important, seems like someone would be taking care of them. And the GCR/RV going to happen by election day, then Thanksgiving, then Xmas, then New Year, then MLK (and every other 3-day weekend holiday), then inauguration day, and now the Chinese New Year (01/28).
Well, when the Chinese New Year comes and goes, all bets are off. It will come, if it comes, whenever it does and no point anticipating any further. Do not invest any more attention on it. Get on with life and do good as you can with what you have.
And as for Paul Ryan and General Dunford and the New Republic taking over on the 4th of July, then Labor Day, then election day, then inauguration day, it's now been put off for "a year or two." Same advice. These are internet memes and the distraction has worn thin. What may be on the horizon is Disclosure, of course, it may be another distraction. I'll give it attention when it comes, not a minute before.
