    Yes, winter turns off tonight (40*/20*) and spring turns on tomorrow (60+*/40*).

    The weather has been doing this stuff for many years.  I remember in 1990 in March, there was a weekend it got up to 90 degrees here in southern Pennsylvania.  My horse still had not shed his winter coat completely.  He stood in his stall and sweated.  Poor guy.

    Yes, winter turns off tonight (40*/20*) and spring turns on tomorrow (60+*/40*).  End of March still seems too soon.  But trouble is coming, no doubt about that.
