I'm reading some fascinating stuff on earthfiles.com. There is a lot free information, but these particular topics are subscription only. If you have any interest, it is in Part 12 Private Detective's Encounters With Non-Humans.

Since it is subscription, I can't post anything.

Praying Mantis beings are mentioned in this document as well: http://www.drboylan.com/starkidspdf.pdf, somewhere in the first three chapters.
