First, for a number of weeks now it has been stationary, there was a burst of energy and this was a braking action which brought the brown dwarf to a halt. It appears to have seven planets rotating around it. Next, its debris field which is many many thousands maybe millions of miles long, is being contained. One source says to has bene placed inside an energy bubble
Many of the larger components of the debris field. which includes fragments of planets, have either been disintegrated our have been taken away for closer inspection and research. According to Tolec, two huge biosphere one at either end of the brown dwarf and its debris field are maintaining the energy b bubble .
Next, there has bene a negotiation between the occupants of the brown dwarf, and star nations, so as to allow planet earth to move out of its way , if all goes well, by end of September we should be in the clear and the planet X can go on its way. There will be no danger to earth. Also the planet X can clearly be seen on certain locations after sunset maybe after sunrise also.. soon, it may be visible to all the occupants of Earth

So far, I don't think we're actually seeing a second sun... second objects, yes, reflecting our sun, but not an actual second sun star. But, yep, they will fall right into the fear mongering and panic is likely.
