Just don't squash or crush them. I've had a few. They are not scarey. Kind of low moving. I get them on a pencil or spoon or something and just let them go down the water slide. heheheh.

OH we have been enjoying the stink bug invasion here in s central PA (and northern MD) for years now. I am going to try mixing 1/2 cup of lavendar oil with a cup of dish washing liquid to a gallon of water, and spraying any that I find this year. I read that this mixture will suffocate them and the lavendar smell deters the rest from coming back. Heck, I might even plant lavendar now that I know they don't like the smell! Hopefully that will work to keep them OFF my squash plants this year! BTW, my free range hens keep them to a minimum on my property as my barn was pretty much clear of them as compared to the neighbors barn who have NO chickens (they were loaded with stink bugs!).
And they do get into the house. I just pick them up and flush them down the toilet or throw them out into the freezing weather. Luckily I have not found any for the past few weeks in the house.
