Texas Bill Would Effectively Nullify Marijuana Prohibition

States need to start doing this on other issues, too.  Pull the plug on DC power.  Currently, in the commonwealth of Virginia, anyone with a drug charge is denied food stamps and section 8 housing, even if disabled.  Not all states follow this draconian law.
