The Eyjafjallajokull Volcano: BIG Noise

"The volcanic eruption of Eyjafjallajokull isn't a small event. It is massive. It is large and it is noisy. Yes, humans may be hundreds of miles away (hopefully) but the noise of the fierce lava moving within the ground and new cloud of ash being moved out of the volcano is big noise.

"While personally I have never heard such a noise, let's say that when I found the below video from AP that was filed today I was delighted. Originally put on Twitter, this large mountain absolutely growls from the pits of the core and pushes out tons of ash to make way for the lava to flow. Thankfully the people who filmed the noise and images got out safely."
