Donated money for these kinds of causes rarely makes it where it's supposed to go. Too many hands in the pot.

I feel ripped off. What happened to the money I and so many others donated, did it end up putting the finishing touches on some underground bunker? I seem to recall hundreds of millions of dollars were pouring in...it cost that much to build four small schools???
