U.S. forces choppered into Syria 24 hours after new commander-in-chief takes power | 22 Jan 2021 | A large convoy of U.S. military personnel headed into Syria on Thursday along with hundreds of troops some 24 hours after President [sic] Joe Biden took office and took on his commander-in-chief role, foreign media reported. Citing Syrian state news agency SANA, i24 News reported that a convoy of about 40 trucks and armored vehicles "entered northeastern Syria" on Thursday supported by helicopters. The convoy entered the country from Iraq via the al-Waleed crossing "to bring arms and logistical equipment to bases in Hasakeh and Deir Ezzor provinces," i23 News stated. And while "other local media" noted that such resupply convoys are not uncommon, SANA's report added that an additional 200 U.S. troops were choppered into the Hasakeh province as well.

The Trump order mandated for community health centers to pass all discount savings down to the consumers, but this crucial reform is no longer in effect. The rule will be delayed until at least March 22, and there is no guarantee that it ever returns with the Biden administration re-evaluating all of Trump's healthcare policy measures. Biden is waging war against President Trump's "America First" agenda and restoring full control over Washington, D.C., back to the lobbyists.
Thousands of Israelis test positive for COVID-19 after being vaccinated, including 69 people who had gotten second dose | 19 Jan 2021 | Over 12,400 Israeli residents have tested positive for COVID-19 after being vaccinated, among them 69 people who had already gotten the second dose, which began to be administered early last week, the Health Ministry reported. This amounts to 6.6 percent of the 189,000 vaccinated people who took coronavirus tests after being vaccinated. According to the ministry's data, 5,348 people were found infected up to a week after getting the vaccine, of the 100,000 people who were vaccinated and then tested a week later -- an infection rate of 5.4 percent of those vaccinated during that time. Another 5,585 people tested positive for the virus between the eighth and 14th day after getting the first vaccine -- 8.3 percent of the 67,000 people who were vaccinated and tested during that post-vaccination period.
China Health Experts Call for Suspension of COVID Vaccines as Norway Investigates 33 Deaths, Germany Probes 10 Deaths --Norway upped the number of deaths under investigation, from 23 last week to 33, while in Germany, health officials said they are investigating 10 deaths that occurred among elderly patients who received the COVID vaccine. | 18 Jan 2020 | China health experts say Norway and other countries should suspend the use of mRNA vaccines like those produced by Pfizer and Moderna, especially among the elderly, according to Global Times. Norway health officials said last week they were investigating the deaths of 23 elderly people who died shortly after receiving the vaccine, and had confirmed 13 of those were directly related to the vaccine. Today, Bloomberg reported that the number of deaths under investigation in Norway had risen to 33 and that all had occurred in people ranging from age 75 to 80. According to Bloomberg, Camilla Stoltenberg, head of the Norwegian Institute of Public Health, said at a press conference today: "It is important to remember that about 45 people die every day in nursing homes in Norway, so it is not a given that this represents any excess mortality or that there is a causal connection." The Norwegian Medicines Agency previously told Bloomberg that all of the deaths occurred in people who received the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, which until Friday was the only COVID vaccine approved for use in Norway.

Spain's Minister of Health Salvador Illa recently announced that the country will be setting up a register of citizens who have refused the COVD-19 vaccine when it was offered to them and the reasons why they refused. Although Spain has not mandated COVID-19 vaccinations, the threat of being placed on a list looms over every Spanish citizen when they are contacted by regional authorities that it is their turn to get the vaccine. Should they refuse the vaccine, their name will be added to the list, which will then be shared with other European nations.

Psaki said that Biden had tasked the ODNI to request a "comprehensive threat assessment" of domestic violent extremism, including ways to strengthen government capabilities to monitor the threat... She stressed that President Biden wanted to dramatically increase the level of intelligence and law enforcement directed at domestic violent extremism.

"On January 20, Donald Trump will become the Commander-in-Chief of a different army," the slightly over two-minute clip begins. The words "This army" are then displayed as Trump supporters in Washington, DC, flash on the screen. The threat addressed is described as emanating from "radical" conservatives who live among us. The clip continues: "The greatest threat facing America today comes from within: radical extreme conservatives, also known as domestic terrorists. They're hidden among us, disguised behind regular jobs. They are your children's teachers. They work at supermarkets, malls, doctor's offices, and many are police officers and soldiers." The video, which has received over 3.5 million views since, then claims that the president will begin a civil war once out of office and that ordinary citizens must "fight back." ..."We have to fight back," the clip continues. "In this new war, the battlefield has changes. Computers can be more valuable than guns. And this is what we need now more than ever: an army of citizen detectives."
House Oversight Chairwoman Seeks FBI Probe of Parler Over Jan. 6 Capitol Breach | 21 January 2021 | The House Oversight Committee sent a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray to look into allegations of social media platform Parler's involvement "related to the violence" on Jan. 6 at the U.S. Capitol. Chairwoman Carolyn Maloney wrote in a letter dated Jan. 21 that the FBI should carry out a "robust investigation" into whether Parler played a role in the Capitol breach. Maloney also suggests that the agency investigate whether the social media website is a "potential conduit for foreign governments" after the company retained the services of Russian company DDoS-Guard, ostensibly for traffic rerouting. Parler's full social media website isn't back online, and just a simple landing page is up, with messages from CEO John Matze, Fox News' Sean Hannity, syndicated radio host Mark Levin, and Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.).

When there are 6.7 dislikes for every like, a video seems wildly unpopular but when there are 1.3 dislikes for every like, it seems like the video is getting a mixed response from viewers. All of the videos that were uploaded to The White House YouTube channel on January 20 had some dislikes removed and tens of thousands of total dislikes were scrubbed from these videos.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott wrote this morning on Twitter he had "instructed General Norris to order the return of the Texas National Guard to our state." Governor Ron DeSantis also announced on Twitter that he ordered the Florida National Guard to return from D.C.

Liz Cheney (R-Deep State-Wyo.) for voting to impeach President Trump along with nine other GOP House lawmakers, Fox News reported. "Representative Cheney has violated the trust of her voters, failed to faithfully represent a very large majority of motivated Wyoming voters, and neglected her duty to represent the party and the will of the people who elected her to represent them," the party's resolution stated. Carbon County borders Colorado and is south of the city of Casper, Wyo... Apart from the Carbon County Republican Party, the Wyoming GOP as a whole has reproached Cheney, referring to her actions as "a true travesty.”
Two Fox News political executives out after Arizona call | 19 Jan 2021 | Two of Fox News Channel's top news executives involved in the controversial election night call of Arizona for Democrat Joe Biden are out at the network. Bill Sammon, senior vice president and managing editor at Fox's Washington bureau, announced his retirement to staff members on Monday. On Tuesday, as part of a restructuring of Fox's digital operations, politics editor Chris Stirewalt was let go. Fox's decision to call Arizona for Biden took the network's anchors by surprise and infuriated the White House, which believed the determination was premature. Stirewalt and Fox's decision desk chief, ["Never Trumper"] Arnon Mishkin, were the two most visible people defending the decision on the air amidst heat from President Donald Trump and his supporters. Mishkin, who worked the election on a contractual basis, is not a Fox employee.

His order directs the federal government to make it easier for law enforcement officers and federal prosecutors to carry a concealed firearm, and urges Congress to pass legislation to extend the right to carry a concealed firearm to federal judges... Trump's order aims to remove "any undue obstacle" that prevents current and retired federal law enforcement officers from carrying a concealed gun under federal law.
