That's an impressive and comprehensive list. I have stockpiled substantial quantities of first aid supplies, such as suture kits, needles and syringes, and antiseptic cleaning agents. I am hopeful that my EMT/paramedic skills will be of some use to any community where I might find myself after the collapse.
Of course, if global populations are reduced substantially due to an Extinction Level Event, either natural or human caused, then these types of discussions are merely academic.
