It's the truth Ann Coulter seems to have missed. But the positive thing is what can be done to prevent or mitigate the effects. Doomful is a good word.
As doomful as this article is we do need to know how terribly dangerous radiating is and possible cures. This was very well written although I had to make up a new word doomful to describe it.
