The foot of the Appalachians northern Maryland southern PA (very close to a Marian/Jesus apparition hot spot. YAY!)
As to safe spots, we do not know for sure except that the shorelines are in danger. Where the earth changes occur may be mitigated or averted. We must do the work (spiritual) to ensure this that we enter the highest (best) timeline.
I'm in a high and dry area to! MO.
I live in the northern panhandle of Idaho also shows as being dry on most after time maps.
I live in the Appalachian mountains, long believed to be one of the regions that will survive.
