  • My wife wrote a speech and went to our County health meeting with 400 other people about masks when it was over they voted
4 to 2 to make masks mandatory and the patriots that ran off BLM and Antifa 3 times, were really pissed. We plan on defying it.

Kansas has a mandatory Mask Rule, it is not law.  Probably protecting a few more livestock at best.   This Governor needs to go, no other way for it to go for this farce.  I didn’t vote for the wench.

  • I don't know and I hope not!!!  Wearing a mask while sleeping is NOT a good idea.  Agree it's the dems way of getting rid of those who do not have covid.

Does that include wearing masks while sleeping?  Breathing one's on CO2 for any length of time is unhealthy.  It's just the Dems way of killing people that don't catch COVID-19.

I just heard that Broward county, Florida has issued an emergency order that includes wearing face coverings in your own homes.  Now how the hell are they going to enforce this?  They can't.  Unless they have people turning each other in, or spy on people with their electronic devices.  This just isn't going to fly and has gone too far.

  •  WalMart and Target have decided they want to go out of business because they have made masks mandatory. Town hall meetings  are calling for no masks in Idaho. We have one Thursday and Saturday. Amond Bundy shows up some times.

  • Supposedly in areas where more people wear masks, the percentage of positive covid cases is lower.  Hopefully the same with other contagions, too.   I do feel sorry for those who have to wear a mask all day due to having a job that requires it.  That must be miserable.

  • Dr. Rancourt gives his opinion as a scientist, but not one whose field is biology.  He gives his best working model on what he thinks, given his expertise is in physics, not biology.  He opines the masks are to protect other people from your "spitballs," which makes sense for surgeons to keep from infecting their non-infectious patients.  Medical personnel who work with infectious diseases use hazmat suits, so there is a big difference between the scope of masks and hazmat suits.  One of the earlier reasons for masks was to slow the virus down, not to eradicate it altogether.  It was to level off the virus, to keep it from spiking so much that health care facilities did not get overwhelmed. We have also seen that wearing masks did slow down the viral spread and that when mask usage declined, the virus numbers began increasing.  So masks were doing something.  Not 100%, granted, but still they helped.

Now, applying my sensibilities to these things, I easily catch respiratory diseases.  So, to me doing something is better than doing nothing.  Our area has 60 reported cases, so Covid-19 is light here.  Wearing a cloth mask was awful, so I'm not going to wear what Humana sent me.  I am going to limit going into stores, especially busy ones.  Using lots of little things, including the occasional use of a paper mask with or without a plastic face shield for a short period of time, nebulizing several essential oils at night after a day outing, washing hands with soap after outings, using my homemade hand wipes (wash cloth soaked in 70% alcohol in a plastic bag) after being in each store, etc., is my multi-prong approach to prevent infection to the best of my ability.

And it's not just Covid-19.  I have done and will do these things during normal flu symptoms.  I too easily get bronchitis and pneumonia.  I am also aware that breathing through masks for long periods of time is harmful to one's health.  And, I feel so sorry for these kids working at places like Walmart that have to, to keep their jobs.  I think there shouldn't be a mandate, it should be kept as a personal choice, for we all have different situations.  For those who say "you don't care about my health because you aren't wearing a mask," my response is, your health is your responsibility, just like anything else.  This is what I do to protect mine.  If your health is fragile, you need to stay home (which I do a lot).

There are lots of opinions out there and time will tell which opinions are the best ones.  Also, which opinions were bought and paid for by the political apparatus.  We are living in a very biased age, so don't just believe every pretty face you see and hear.
