  • According to John Moore, this is the best place to live when the earthchanges come. you have water, are at a reasonable height, have agricultural land, and it s not too populated. the very best of places.

  • Ozarks

  • I used to do an awful lot of walking, now arthritis puts great limits on it. i can still do a longish walk when the old joints allow. I do a lot of photography, stay local now, but find there is as much pleasure in a short walk, and plenty of time spent sitting watching nature. We have every kind of scenery on our doorstep here, even sand dunes, all with some very good shopping in easy reach. I spend a lot of time with my oil paints mainly,  and watercolors, and am hoping to do some pastel work later this year. You may have been wise moving from the Mississippi valley if the earthchanges start to happen. Where are you living now?

  • I moved away from the Mississippi valley. Was a great to beable to just jump on bike just follow all of the bike trails around the Metro St.Louis area, that I miss.

  • Yes, and I take my own photos, this is one I took last week or was it last week but one. I live about fifteen miles away, the photo is from a walk along the banks of the Menai, the bridge connects Anglesey island to the mainland. there is another bridge, the Britannia, about four miles further down the straits.  Looking the opposite way from this. I also use the photos for my paintings,

  • You live near here?
