  It's a brilliant plan.  Lookie what Breitbart's millions to flip Virginia to democrat is going to cost Virginia.  Potentially, the loss of a lot of tax revenue and electoral votes.  And, think of all those coastal cities with their western back to a conservative wall and their eastern flank, the Atlantic ocean.
