  I don't either.  Also, thinking about it some more, why would a Congress critter play delivery girl, why wouldn't an aide be delivering "notes"?

  Just caught the blanket she was wearing over her business suit.  A little camouflage for the task?  Colorful. 

  Right around :07/:08, you catch a glimpse of at least one more envelope in her hand.  Who else was she paying off?  How many had she already paid off?  Why did she have that look of concern/alarm when she surreptitiously (sneakily) passed the bribe?  Kind of gives it away that she's doing something criminal.

  My, they are sloppy criminals, aren't they?  Bribing in plain view, with cameras rolling. 

  When all is said and done, those who aren't arrested need to go to re-education camps, or it will be like knocking out a roach infestation and leaving a few survivors.  Eventually, the nest will rebuild, having learned some lessons, and be more of a problem than before.
