Only visible politicians are effected by the Hatch act, I have heard a couple news clips talking about it.

Years ago the different parties had their opponents arrested before elections to make them look bad a they would lose, so the Hatch act was voted in to stop arrests.

The Hatch ACT is holding us back from arresting anyone until after the midterms.
