Diet is very important. Also raw foods such as carrots, celery, bean sprouts, avocado, fruits, etc etc provide energy as I notice the more I eat of these, the more energy I have. I pretty much have backed off meat in that I eat very little of it. It is the fact that killing animals repulses me.

BTW, Paul, this was a synchronicity. Just yesterday, I asked my higher self for help with the diet. It doesn't seem to be working as well.
