Niacin (nicotinic acid, not niacinamide, not time released) has been proven to kill covid. There is a link to a scientific study you can review (technical, but if too much go to the Conclusion at the bottom of the paper). The recommended dosage is at the bottom of the infographic. I have no idea. I had ZERO input into what kind of care/treatment she received. Once the hospital has them, they just seem to go insane, or something. They "smell" the 39,000.00 stipend that the Feds give for any Covid Case put on a ventilator. Of course, they diagnosed her, and immediately put her on a ventilator. When I questioned her doctor on this, he didn't even want to hear about it.(alternative treatments)..... in short, if you have the local paramedics take in your spouse for treatment, and they get a positive test, YOU are out of the loop, and are NOT consulted. The hospital is going for the gold......don"t get in their way, folks......

She's very very weak. Can barely stand on her own. Has all the side effects of being on massive doses of antibiotics; diarrhea, etc. Still on one of the tetracycline family of antibiotics. She's light headed, but has a good appetite. Seems to be improving daily.....
