A very good question indeed. Because he is above the law. Because too many politicians have been compromised by him. At the very least, he should have his dual US citizenship revoked and exiled from this country. Though that wouldn't stop him from agitating from afar. He should also be charged with every murder from every civil unrest he has provoked. Treason, death penalty are his rewards.
