I have my doubts, too, Paul. The best practice is to just always be prepared and always be alert to predictions or forecasts, but don't let it get you down.
I don't think earthquakes have been predicted accurately, to be able to pinpoint that narrow of a window. Just my general opinion. I haven't researched it.

I agree that forecasts suck the other day it showed 9 days straight of snow now it is only 7 days oh no where is my shovel and my roof rake.
