  • Good point Peter. The wording is rather unclear. Yes if we avoid non organic foods, we will restrict our food diversity. The statement is worded in a way that makes one believe that organic food does not provide all the nutrients our body needs.

  • Yes Rosemary, makes sense.  Everything is energy.

Just like getting a blood transfusion and you receive someone else's blood with the same type.  It maybe the same type, but it carries a different electronic signature which can throw oneself slightly out of balance.

  • Thanks, Peter.  That point was not clearly stated.

  • I may be wrong but if the article bases it's argument on the following statement then they may have a point:

"You wouldn't want to (restrict yourself to) an all-organic diet and not get everything you need."

If a person decides to only eat organic (and refusing non-organic when organic is not available) this can result in not getting a well balanced diet - then yes a strict organic diet could harm health. It's all a matter of supply. If everything could be purchased as organic then (taking cost / money out of the equation) it would not be a problem.

Articles need to be read and dissected carefully.

I also agree with Rosemary S's view on food frequency - a very important component that has been mostly ignored by mainstream science so far - but it will emerge as an extremely important factor. Living (plant based) foods = living energy.

By the way, the images in the article look absolutely delicious!

  • Thanks, Rosemary.  That makes sense.  But is eating organic food in any way depriving people of essential nutrients?

  • Yes and no. What is not mentioned is the actual vibration frequency of organic versus conventional foods. I do agree that, because of the cost of organic food, not every one can afford a 100% organic diet, but If you grow food in your backyard, the food you ingest will resonate with your body. Some years ago, scientist filmed organic foods. What they saw was an increase in the molecular vibration of the foods. This molecular vibration is somehow the difference between organic and non-organic. Once it is inside the body, this vibration makes the body vibrate to the same frequency. this is the basis for our ability to absorb the food energy.
