  • I can-will- say little about food borne illnesses at preset but for water a few things may be of help. first, leaving water in the full sun for a coupe of hours will go a long way towards purifying it, via the ultraviolet light. next, a few drops, say half a teaspoon of pure liquid bleach per three liters will kill mots things. next, a few drops of colloidal silver kept in every storage container will do a   great deal towards purity. and of course boiling. The ultimate may be some form of distillation/evaporation. and one final point, eat healthy, use supplements, maintain the bodes defenses so if one does catch something, you are better able to cope. a weak body will succumb to anything.
